I think Blue Tokai is the absolute market leader when it comes to speciality coffee. The only thing I have not scored them highly on is. the freshness on arrival thing because it can be wonky sometimes. And by that I mean, sometimes I have to grind a fresh bag way too fine for espresso. Which is not always my experience with other brands. Dialing in a stale bag of coffee is annoying. But apart from that, everything else is aces. I have given a 4.5 for coffee quality and consistency because 5 is a legendary score no one can attain. Apart from that everything else is a 5 to me. You should definitely be buying blue tokai!
