Subko

I think Subko is absolutely one of the best coffee roasters in India. I first bought from them almost 2 years ago. And since then every now and then, when I want something truly special, I buy from them. I think there was only one coffee I bought from them that I didn't quite like. Also, the reason I am not giving a 5 overall is because when I bought the coffee from their Delhi store, the floor worker did not know enough about coffee and still kept trying to guide me. He was trying to be helpful, but clearly he wasn't trained well enough. I would expect their baristas to be a little more informed. But that's it! Every one of their coffee packs I keep because they are works of art! I highly recommend them, even though they are pricey!
