I started exploring specialty coffee in New York in 2022 with a Timemore C2 grinder and an AeroPress. Since returning to India, I have been brewing coffees from Indian roasters, comparing recipes, collecting coffee bags, and learning through repetition rather than professional certification.

Indian Coffee Stories is where I turn those experiments into practical guides, reviews, and opinions for people who want better coffee without making the hobby an equipment arms race.

I also built Brew Tracker to record coffee bags, recipes, grind settings, ratings, tasting notes, and dial-in decisions instead of relying on memory.

I am not a Q-grader, professional barista, or roaster. My authority is narrower and more useful for this publication: I am an involved home brewer who documents what I use, what works, what disappoints me, and what I would recommend to another curious drinker.
